EUROCROSS shall not be liable for any defect of the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence, use otherwise than as recommended by EUROCROSS.
Any decision by traders that they wish to return the goods for any reason must be notified to EUROCROSS within 14 days of delivery. If you do not notify us of your claim within 14 days, you shall not be entitled to reject the goods.
EUROCROSS shall make a full refund of the total price of the sale to the trader so long as the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. All goods shall be returned at the trader’s expense.
EUROCROSS abides by the current requirements of the Data Protection Act.
When traders place an order or register on our website, certain information is required, including name, e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, and credit/debit card details. EUROCROSS works in partnership with Sage Pay to provide high levels of security to ensure confidential and sensitive information is not compromised.
EUROCROSS may use the information that you provide for trader, market and product assessment and analysis, for the prevention and detection of fraud, and for any prize draws or competitions traders enter.
EUROCROSS may disclose your information to anyone to whom EUROCROSS transfers or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with the trader, and/or if EUROCROSS has a duty to do so or if the Law allows us to do so.
