Terms & Conditions

All orders placed by traders with are subject to the Terms and Conditions below.

EUROCROSS reserves the right to alter any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any alterations will apply to orders received after that time.

Ordering

Orders submitted shall not be deemed accepted by EUROCROSS until confirmed by the EUROCROSS Order Confirmation notification (e-mail).

Prices

Eurocross reserves the right to alter the price of goods at any time before delivery to reflect any increase in cost to Eurocross, any change in delivery details or quantities, or any delay caused by the trader.

Payment can be made by any method specified on the Sage Pay Checkout page of our website. Eurocross will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but Eurocross cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Payment of the total order price, together with the delivery charge, will be debited from the trader’s account after the EUROCROSS Order Confirmation notification has been sent to the trader, but prior to the goods being delivered.

If the trader’s card issuer fails to make any payment of the price or any delivery charge on behalf of the trader,EUROCROSS shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries.

Delivery

Details of delivery and delivery charges are specified on the Delivery page of our website.

EUROCROSS make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays or increased timescales may occur during the busy season.

EUROCROSS can estimate a date for delivery of goods, but traders shall understand that it is an estimate.

EUROCROSS shall not be liable for any loss caused to the trader as a result of failure to deliver by the estimated delivery date or such other date or time as may be subsequently agreed.

Traders must inform EUROCROSS if there are any specific instructions with regards to delivery, for example if the delivery address may be difficult for the driver to find. EUROCROSS shall not be liable for any loss caused to the trader as a result of failure to provide such instructions.

If for whatever reason you are not in to receive the delivery, the courier will always try to leave the parcel in a safe place. If you have a preferred safe place, or would like the package left with a neighbour please let us know in the notes section when placing the order, or contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp on the day order is placed.

Missing or Damaged Items

All parcels must be checked by customers as soon as delivery is received. If there is any damage to the goods or if items are missing, this must be reported to EUROCROSS within 24 hours of the date of delivery. If notification is not made within 24 hours of the date of delivery, EUROCROSS will not be able to entertain any claims for missing or damaged items.

Risk

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the trader at the time of delivery or if the trader wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods.

The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the trader until EUROCROSS has received in full the total order price and delivery charge.

Until such time as the goods passes to the trader, EUROCROSS shall be entitled at any time to require the trader to deliver up the goods to EUROCROSS Food.

The trader shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of EUROCROSS. If the trader does so, all monies owing by the trader to EUROCROSS shall become due and payable.
